KENTUCKY DERBY FUTURE WAGER
SECOND KENTUCKY DERBY FUTURE WAGER POOL: FRIDAY-SUNDAY, MARCH 5-7
The second of three 3-day Kentucky Derby Future Wager pools will take place Friday through Sunday, March 5-7. The one and only Kentucky Oaks Future Wager will also be available those dates.
The third and final pool of the Derby Future Wager will run from March 26-28.
The Kentucky Oaks will be run on Friday, April 30 and the Kentucky Derby will take place on May 1.
The Derby and Oaks Future Wagers are minimum $2 wagers and are win bets only. The wagers offer racing fans the opportunity to bet on Derby and Oaks contenders at odds that could be greater than those they would receive on the day of each race. There are no refunds in either the KDFW or KOFW.
Winning payouts in all Derby and Oaks Future Wager pools are based on the odds that are in place on each wagering interest at the conclusion of each respective pool.
Each pool of the Derby and Oaks Future Wagers will include 24 betting interests that include 23 individual horses. The 24th wagering interest for the Derby Future Wager is a mutuel field that includes all other 3-year-olds. The final betting interest in the Oaks Future Wager is a mutuel field that includes all other 3-year-old fillies.
